D Nolan, Patios, Paths and Drives was established in 1995 by Dermot Nolan, also known by many of our clients as Del. We are a local, family run business which serves Deal and the surrounding villages.

Over the past twenty six years this family run business has developed and grown whilst working for the people of the local town. Del is now also joined by his son and daughter within the team at D.Nolan Patios Paths & Drives. Del has founded D.Nolan Patios, Paths & Drives on an ethos based on an honest, professional service to provide all our customers with a high quality installation. At this family business we pride ourselves on always using high quality materials and specialised craftsmanship to ensure the best finish to all of our work.

With 40 years of experience within construction, Del has trained all of his own staff to the highest standard combining traditional methods with modern and constantly evolving techniques. Whilst ensuring that our customers always receive the highest standard of work as efficiently as possible. Over the years the business has taken on various projects, which has increased the diversity of services we are able to provide.

In 2014 Del opened the new office and outdoor showroom in Deal. It provides a welcoming environment, where all our customers can receive specialised, experienced advice about their individual needs and talk to our team about their ideas for their projects.
